What you are buying

Appeal Ready generates a draft school admission appeal letter using AI, based on the information you provide. Your toolkit includes:

  • A personalised draft appeal letter
  • An evidence checklist matched to your circumstances
  • Panel challenge preparation
  • A hearing-day guide
  • Council-specific submission instructions

These are delivered as a PDF and editable document by email, typically within minutes of payment.

What it is not

Appeal Ready is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not guarantee any appeal outcome.

AI-generated content

Your draft letter and toolkit are generated using AI technology. Although this process has been designed for accuracy and is aligned to the information you provide, AI can make mistakes. The output is a structured first draft, not a finished submission. You must review all details for accuracy and tailor the draft to your personal circumstances before submitting your appeal.

Your responsibilities

Do not include your child’s name, date of birth, pupil ID, home address, or phone number in the open text fields. These are requested not to be entered, and we cannot be responsible for personal data you add against this guidance.

Check all details in the draft for accuracy — AI can make mistakes.

Check the correct deadline, evidence requirements, and submission route for your school, council, or admission authority.

Payment and regenerations

The price is shown at checkout. If something goes wrong, or the draft contains factual errors based on what you told us, email hello@appealready.co.uk with your order number within 48 hours and we will regenerate it free.

Cancellation and refunds

Your toolkit is personalised digital content — a PDF and editable document generated specifically for you and delivered immediately by email. By consenting at checkout, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery has begun. Once delivered, no refund or cancellation is available.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery and availability

Your toolkit is generated and delivered by email, typically within minutes of payment. In the event of an outage or disruption to our AI provider or other systems, delivery may be delayed. If this happens, we will send your toolkit as soon as the system allows. You will not be charged again.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to submit false or misleading information, to generate content for purposes other than a genuine school admission appeal, or to access the service through automated or bulk means.

Liability

We provide Appeal Ready in good faith as a drafting tool. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for:

  • Inaccurate information you provide to us.
  • Errors in AI-generated content that you did not review before submitting your appeal.
  • Differences in local admissions procedures, deadlines, or submission requirements.
  • The outcome of your appeal.
